WE ALMOST LOST OURSELVES IN IT, BUT NOT ENTIRELY

We thought everything about the show, characters, opera house, amd singing were spot.on except a few minor things wth far reaching consequences. The phantom was trying to hard to make the phantoms part his own - constantly changing or ad libbing, very little stuck to the original stuff, i hated this because the lack of seeing stage hands allowed us to lose ourselves in the show, but him doing this kept jolting us back to reality. Super annoying! Sometimes things felt rushed, and there was not even close to the amount of emotion you should have been.able to expect from such a fantastic show and group of actors, actresses and singers. But other than these things, the show was completely worthwhile and we both loved it

I LOVE PHANTOM

I just got back from New York and I saw Phantom of the Opera. I was in love with the movie and I couldn't believe I was about to see it performed live. It was absolutely incredible. I adored it except for the falling of the chandelier was a little anti-climactic...lame. Other than that, flawless!!!

THIS PHANTOM WAS DIFFERENT THAN PAST SHOWS I'VE SEEN.5/8/14

May 8 2014- Just got home from seeing the Phantom of the opera in Cincinnati , It was a very good show but very different than the past shows I have seen of Broadway's Phantom. Not sure if I liked it as well. It was a good production no doubt. Singing was good but I have been to many performances and they have been phenomenal so I was a bit let down by this show. I have seen better broadway productions of the phantom of the opera so tonights show was a bit disappointing to me maybe because I've seen other phantom shows that were better than tonight's . I did love the piano and fire scene that was different and I liked it and I liked the flames on stage too that was cool! I would recommend seeing it though, the music was terrific. The set was good but very different than any other show I've seen. The costumes were good but again better in past productions. Still if you can go see it it's worth it . I recommend it.

ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON BROADWAY!

Hello. My name is Miranda And if there's one thing I have to say about this show... it's incredable!!!! From the way the sage is lit, to the props used, to the songs and danceing... It was so worth the $700 my family and I spent to see it last Christmas. If your looking for a good show, this is the first to stop and see. I hope to be up there soon to star in one =)

GREAT!!

We went to New York in december 2007 and saw the musical in the Majestic. My partner is not really a fan of musicals, but this time we were both very impressed. Especially the theater is the perfect surrounding for this musical. Our compliments to the actors and to the stage management!
