A star-studded tribute to Ol' Blue Eyes
The New York Philharmonic are joined by a host of stars at David Geffen Hall to celebrate Ol' Blue eyes 100th birthday. Leader of the Rat Pack, and the epitome of cool on stage and on the movie screen, Sinatra's incredible legacy lives on through his countless classic tracks, including 'New York, New York', 'My Way' and 'Come Fly With Me'.
Topping the bill is pop songstress Christina Aguilera, whose love of swing music has informed all of her music, most notably on the horn-tastic Back to Basics album. She'll be joined by Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane, whose fondness for The Rat Pack has led to many a memorable song and dance routine on his animated shows, as well as a couple of well received studio albums. Also putting their own idiosyncratic twist on Frank's catalogue are all round legend Sting, Broadway star Sutton Foster, trumpeter Chris Botti and RnB singer Fantasia.
