Joshua Slone

Why see Joshua Slone?

The Thinking Too Much Tour

Find your place at his place! It's no surprise to fans that Joshua Slone lays all his demons on the shelf. His surprise-released, 16-track debut album Thinking Too Much propelled him into the alternative folk stratosphere - and for good reason. Produced by Gabe Wax, Jake Weinberg, and Benny Blanco, the album reached #2 on the US iTunes Country Chart and was hailed by many as "a refuge for overthinkers." Now, he's bringing this intimate, stripped-back sound across the nation on his biggest tour yet. The album’s success isn’t just in racking up millions of streams in its first week - it now leads into a run of shows in New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia, coinciding with the release of Thinking Too Much (Live).

About Joshua Slone

A native of Salyersville, Kentucky, Joshua Slone is backed by major players such as Interscope Records and Sony Music. With a sound that shares the same DNA as artists like John Mayer and Ray LaMontagne, it’s easy to see why the introspective songwriter is considered one of the most exciting emerging voices today. Having written every track on his debut album himself, Slone’s work is defined by a raw vulnerability that feels destined for major industry recognition. He has earned strong support from fellow artists, including Zach Bryan and Noah Kahan, both of whom have championed his music, and has shared lineups with Bryan as well as artists like Ryan Bingham - exactly the kind of company he feels at home in.
