Hillary And Clinton Announce New Closing Date
Now playing through to June 23.
Lucas Hnath's Hillary and Clinton, starring John Lithgow and Laurie Metcalf, has announced that they will be taking their final bow at the John Golden Theater on June 23 instead of the previously scheduled July 21.
The production opened on April 18th this year with Laurie Metcalf picking up a Tony nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play.
Alongside John Lithgow as Bill Clinton and Laurie Metcalf as Hillary Clinton, the production also stars Peter James Francis as Barack Obama and Zack Orth as Mark Penn and is directed by Joe Mantello.
What is Hillary and Clinton about?
Diving into the politics of marriage and gender roles, Hillary and Clinton takes us back to 2008 with Hillary at odds with husband Bill and her campaign manager Mark as they try to salvage her bid for the 2008 Presidential election.
Hillary and Clinton is now playing at the John Golden Theater through to June 23.
