Created by David Yazbek, Erik Della Penna, Itamar Moses, and David Cromer; this musical dramatizes the true story of Elmer McCurdy, a 20th-century outlaw whose life took a remarkable turn after his death.
How did the body of an Old West train robber from Oklahoma wind up hanging in a Southern California amusement park ride in 1976? Dead Outlaw tells the story of Elmer McCurdy's bizarre and incredible journey, a man who lived a life filled with twice as many escapades after his death. This is a must-see production about a legend that demands to be told.
