The platinum-certified, multi-award-winning Fall Out Boy formed in Chicago, Illinois in 2001. They quickly shot to fame with a fanbase so dedicated that the group was banned from certain venues for the audience's behavior. Jimmy Eat World was formed in Arizona in 1993 by a pair of preschool friends and made waves with their 2001 song The Middle. Fun fact: the name comes from a drawing by Tom Linton's younger brother, Jim, who drew himself eating the world.
