Ready for the big time!

Straight off the back of a sold-out off-Broadway run, Be More Chill, the biggest cult phenomenon of the last five years is finally heading to Broadway in 2019! Joe Iconis' (music and lyrics) coming of age tuner has been bubbling under the surface of the theatre scene since its premiere production in New Jersey back in 2015. One hundred million album streams and a New York premiere later and Be More Chill is ready to hit the big time!

With an amass of dedicated fans Be More Chill's Broadway run seems to be a long time in the coming. From their month long run in New Jersey to their two month sold-out stint at the Pershing Square Signature Center to a cabaret performance by Iconis, Be More Chill's fans have been there at every turn, and now it seems they're finally getting what they want.

With hit songs including 'More Than Survive' and 'Two Player Game' don't miss Be More Chill's moment in sun as hit lights up Broadway from February 2019!

What is Be More Chill about?

Based on the 2004 novel by Ned Vizzini, Be More Chill tells the story of school loser Jeremy Heere as he strives to become one of the popular kids, by ingesting a pill-sized computer that instructs him in the ways of 'cool'.

What we thought

QUIRKY Fun excellent

quirky and fun and leaves you with a great life lesson

As life becomes more frantic and our online connections infinite, it's a no-brainer we have a rise in anxiety levels among the youth, an increase in online bullying, and a never-ending obsession to try the "next best thing".

Yes, it really is that good. A show about young rebels grabbing and shaping the future of an unformed country, "Hamilton" is making its own resonant history by changing the language of musicals.

Close's performance... is a triumphant blend of sharp sense and passionate sensibility, of an old pro's expertise and a newcomer's enthusiasm
