Brought to the stage as part of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning Atlantic Theater Company's brand new 2018/19 Off-Broadway season, the poignant drama forms part of Donja's The Love* Plays trilogy, an exploration of pivotal moments in Black history through the lens of LGBQT persons.

Located in the vibrant and historical Chelsea District of Lower Manhattan, the Linda Gross Theater underwent extensive renovations completed in 2012 and the Gothic Revival Building proudly stands as the home of new and inspiring work proudly fostered by the Atlantic Theater Company. It's an intimate yet grand venue with 199 seats and has seen the production of over 125 plays since it became the company's first permanent home.
