Why see Amelie?
AmeliE finally makes her Broadway appearance!

Bubbling with mischievous joy and heart, this coming of age tale is likely to be a treat for all ages.
Premiering in August 2015 at Berkley Rep with Les Miserables star Samantha Barks as the titular ingenue, Amelie won rave reviews for its crackling wit and charm as the films original breathtaking cinematography is translated to the stage with simple but stunning sets, beautiful folk inspired music by Daniel Messe and even puppetry! Taking on the lead role for this production is the Tony-nominated Phillipa Soo (Hamilton).
