O Canada!

The incomparable Rufus Wainwright takes a break from his regular tour for these two very special concerts in New York, entitled Northern Stars. Already performed in LA, Northern Stars is a love letter to our neighbours north of the border, gathering together a treasure trove of the greatest songs from Canadian songwriters, and performed in unique Rufus style.

Expect to hear classic cuts from the likes of Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen. Rufus is half Canadian himself, so perhaps he'll also take on one of his mom's (Kate McGarrigle) numbers too?
