Art and life become disturbingly interchangeable in this brand new dark comedy
Art intwines irretrievably with life in this brand new dark comedy from Zayd Dohrn, telling the story of doll sculptor Kelly and a commission that upends her life.
An unsettling look at love, loss, trauma and the power of creation, the story begins when Kelly, who lives with her boyfriend Daizy (a sculptor of a different kind) meets Emily, who wants her own hyperreal baby doll. Whilst often her clients are collectors, some are grieving mothers who want to replace their own infants. Is Emily the former or the latter? Watch as Kelly and Daizy's lives are upended by her unique order and need to re-create the past.
