Disney's classic comes to life on stage

Based on the French Gothic novel by Victor Hugo and the classic retelling of the Disney film, the Paper Mill Playhouse brings you the magic of The Hunch Back Of Notre Dame. This darker, more adult-orientated production will feature the Academy and Golden Globe Award nominated score and songs by the brilliant composing duo Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, the team behind the music of countless Disney hits like The Little Mermaid and more recently Enchanted.

The story follows the titular character Quasimodo, a deformed bell-ringer in Paris' Notre Dame Cathedral in the late 1400's. Because of his physical deformity he is shunned by society, but he retains a sweet and gently countenance. He yearns for something more than the walls of his bell tower and bravely heads out into a world unknown until the arrival of a beautiful and free-spirited gypsy turns his world upside down...
