The Return of Kiki and Herb

Rejoice! The very dangerous duo of Kiki and Herb will tread the Broadway boards once more! A head on collision of cabaret, stand-up and performance art, this cult lounge act (played by Justin Vernon Bond and Kenny Mellman) earned a huge following during the 90s and 00s with sold out shows at Carnegie Hall and collaborations with the likes of Debbie Harry and Sarah Bernhard.

Their shows seemingly threaten to teeter over at any moment, as Bond's Kiki rasps her way through songs by everyone from Joy Division to Stevie Nicks, punctuating her repertoire with scathing political commentary and outrageous comedy. She's accompanied by Mellman's Herb, the stoically silent pianist whose violent style of playing could put Jerry Lee Lewis to shame. We can't wait to see what their new show Seeking Asylum holds in store!
