In Honor of Ric Madru

Duxbury High School is taking over Carnegie Hall for an evening of celebration in honor of Ric Madru. The high school presents their talented chamber singers, string ensemble and wind ensemble with a ranged program from Tchaikovsky to a world premiere by Rossano Galante.

Mr. Madru came to Duxbury High School in 1983, and serves as Music Department Head and Band Director. Among his many achievements, Madru received the 'Educator of the Year' award from South Shore Conservatory, and is a highly respected figure among the students of Duxbury High.
