Great Show for adults willing to sit in child sized seats

I couldn't believe the narrow seats in row E (center mezzanine) at the Brooks Atkinson Theater. I was more uncomfortable in this theater than I have ever been on on airline....went home in pain BUT Moon for the Misbegotten is wonderful theater and the show deserves a better house. If some seats were removed to give patrons comfort I for one would be willing to pay a few dollars more to sit in an adult sized seat. ... Read more

Emotionally Driven! Phenomenally acted!

The Seats were three rows from the stage. They were comfortable and the view could not be beat. All three of the stars were excellent. Eve was ....well at her Best!...a heartfelt performance. What can I say about Colm Meany's performance but BRAVO! And absolutely saving the best for last...Mr. Kevin Spacey.....WOW! I am speechless. He was absolutely phenomenal. He truly is one the great actors of our time. I would see him again in a heartbeat. This play was truly a moving experience. I recommend this play for young adults and older I also recommend the Havana Central to have dinner. ... Read more

Delightful & Moving!

I came from Boston just to see this play. Nevermind the buzz about miscasting! It was beautifully done. Made my emotions run the gamet from laughter to tears. This play is a must see before it ends. First time to see Eve Best and as I'd heard she is a lively & lovely Josie. Kevin Spacey, does a great continuation of his role as Jim Tyrone, Jr. A dead on carry over from his performance with Jack Lemmon in Long Days (a must see on video)! Is there anything this man can't do- act, sing (if you're reading please do another Bobby Darin show in Somerville, MA), dance, direct, produce in both theater & movies - not to mention leading the way to saving the Old Vic! The entire cast was generous in signing programs after the show making for an overall wonderful experience. About the seats. I had first row mid-mezzanine & was comfortable, though I can understand how someone with longer legs might not be. All the seats are nearly on top of the stage - not a bad seat in the house! ...
