Spielberg's classic

Released the same year as the director's blockbuster hit Jurassic Park, Steve Spielberg's Schindler's List tells the true story of Oscar Schindler, a German industrialist who saved the lives of over a thousand Jews during the Holocaust. Featuring standout performances from its cast, gorgeous black and white photography and a haunting score from John Williams, it's one of the most important movies of the 1990s, and proved that Spielberg was capable of much more than just crowd-pleasing entertainment.

This screening will be followed by a conversation with Spielberg and stars Liam Neeson, Ben Kingsley, Ralph Feinnes and Embeth Davidtz. The New York Tims' Janet Maslin will serve as moderator.
