The Hip Hop Show Live

One of the most influential music shows of the 1980s and 90s is making a comeback, and it's throwing a mammoth 30th Anniversary show at the Barclays Center to celebrate. Debuting on TV sets in 1988, Yo! MTV Raps was the network's first hip-hop show, and featured a mix of interviews, music videos and live performances.

2018 sees the rebirth of the show, both on MTV itself and online. This June, an array of veteran rap talent who made appearances on the show will feature in this anniversary concert, including Big Daddy Kane and the Juice Crew, Doug E. Fresh, Eric B & Rakim KRS-One and Boogie Down Productions, Flavor Flav, and EPMD.
