A Night To Celebrate Understudies
Out of the wings and into the spotlight for Broadway's stand-ins
Who always stand out! At This Performance, the fan-favourite concert series that gives understudies, standbys, and alternates their long-overdue attention, is back on January 5, 2026, at 7 PM at The Green Room 42.
It's the night dedicated to the performers who always deliver when needed.
Produced and hosted by casting director Stephen DeAngelis, this year's lineup includes:

Thomas Doelger, as Elder Price in The Book of Mormon
Ninako Donville, as Romy in Romy & Michele The Musical
Connor Neun, in Don't Vape! The Grease Parody, covering Danny, Kenickie, and Sonny
Amma Osei, triple-covered and triple-threating it in Hell's Kitchen
Jackie Sanders, on deck for multiple Marys in Oh, Mary!
Hailey Thomas, waiting to step into Genevieve's shoes in The Baker's Wife
Since its debut in October 2003, At This Performance... has been the ultimate reminder that Broadway runs on preparation, panic buttons, and wildly talented people ready to save the day (and show) The series has featured 1,372 performers, covering 6,536 roles, across 721 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
