After wowing audiences in Every Brilliant Thing, beloved stage and screen star Daniel Radcliffe is wrapping up his run at the Hudson Theatre on May 24. He will be sorely missed; however, we can't quite shake our excitement about this major star swap, especially with the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning star of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Hargitay, making her big-stage debut.
Why Is The Show So Brilliant?
If you're not familiar, Every Brilliant Thing is a deeply moving (but also funny!) one-person play by Duncan Macmillan and Jonny Donahoe.
It follows a narrator navigating life's heavier moments - like family struggles and mental health - by creating a running list of all the small, joyful things that make life worth living: ice cream, the colour yellow, and all the little things that get us through the day.
