Ripping a page right out of the gospel according to Springsteen, Brian Fallon led the Gaslight Anthem to glory by creating uplifting, rock and roll anthems extolling the highs and lows of blue-collar living. When the New Jersey rockers announced an indefinite hiatus in 2015 to much mass mourning, Fallon took the opportunity to focus on his solo project. A pet project of jazz pianist Scott Bradlee, Postmodern Jukebox gained a loyal following through their Youtube channel. The collective cover modern pop tracks (and some old classics as well) in a big band style. The Town Hall is a performance venue located in midtown Manhattan, New York City. It was opened at the beginning of 1921, and has a seating capacity of 1,500. The venue was put on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012 by the National Park Service, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2013. It has become one of New York City's top locations for music and dance, as well as being a venue that hosts meetings, special events and presentations.
