Why See The Apple Tree?
Not seen on Broadway since the late '60s with Alan Alda and Barbara Harris (Tony Award), this production of the charming musical fable is based on the 2005 Encores! revival.
Tony Award® winner Kristin Chenoweth (Wicked, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown) returns to Broadway to star in this delicious production of Bock and Harnick's The Apple Tree.
This musical comedy gem, written by the team behind She Loves Me and Fiddler on the Roof, presents a luscious evening of theater about men, women, and the love that grows between them. Gary Griffin (The Color Purple) directs this charming new production that celebrates the irresistible temptation of forbidden fruit.
