Why See Hells Kitchen?

PlaysMusicals

The Diary of Alicia Keys? Almost!

This all-new inspirational musical moves to the main stem this spring, beginning performances at Broadway's Shubert Theatre in March. Created by playwright and Pulitzer Prize finalist Kristoffer Diaz and scored by Alicia Keys. Largely drawn from the award-winning singer's own story, Hells Kitchen is based on Key's own life growing up in the Bronx. With choreography by Tony Award nominee Camille A Brown and directed by fellow Tony Award nominee Michael Greif.

What is Hell's Kitchen about?

Seventeen-year-old Ali dreams of a life beyond the humdrum she has now. A chance meeting and unheralded friendships stoke the aspirational fire in her heart and set her on a path to greatness.

A hit at its Off-Broadway premiere in fall 2023, don't miss this chance to catch Hell's Kitchen on the Great White Way.
