Josh Groban's radio city Residency
Billed as a "Spectacular Evening Of So Many Things", Josh Groban's hotly-anticipated Great Big Radio City Show takes over the historic Rockefeller Center venue in April 2021. Reflecting the diverse triumphs of the Emmy, Tony and Grammy-winning performer's multi-faceted entertainment career, no two shows during the engagement will be alike, promising a one-of-a-kind experience every time the man with a voice of an angel steps out onto the stage.
A personal milestone for the dusky baritone, the sonic spectacular marks his victorious return to Radio City Music Hall fifteen years after debuting his first-ever full New York concert there. Coming full circle, Groban is absolutely delighted to push himself into unknown territory during the shows, not only combing through his own platinum-certified catalog of hits but inviting a host of special guests to perform alongside him, making time for audience interaction and regaling the crowd with stories from his incredible journey to the upper echelons of show business.
Born in Tinsel Town, Groban showed prodigious vocal and acting talent from a young age, performing as Tevye in his high school's production of Fiddler On The Roof. Four months into studying musical theatre at the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University, he was offered a recording deal and left to pursue a lucrative singing career that flourished thanks to collaborations with Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, and Barbara Streisand. In 2017, he made his Broadway debut in the smash hit War and Peace musical Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, earning himself a Tony nomination for Best Actor in a Musical.
