Nigerian-american writer Mfoniso Udofia presents two new parts of her nine part tale, The Ufot Cycle. The first play, runboyrun depicts a couple who have been re-living one day over and over for decades. The second play, Old Age, follows the protagonist as she journeys into the future and discovers the true nature of love.
Writer Mfoniso Udofia gained an MFA in Acting at Wellesley College in Massachusetts and went on to produce the first instalment of The Ufot Cycle, Sojourners in 2016. She has received the 2017 Helen Merrill Playwright Award and the 2017-2018 McKnight National Residency.
