Based on the Israeli story 'Hanna's Sabbath Dress', this sweet musical for children begins with Hanna being given a new dress by her mother. Delighted with her gift, she rushes outside to show it off to her friends. While they're playing, they cross paths with an old man, struggling to carry a heavy sack. Hanna helps him with his load, but in the process, get her new dress all dirty. Not wanting to disappoint her mother, she must enlist the creatures of the forest to help clean her dress.
Involving plenty of interaction and singalongs, this show is an entertaining lesson in friendship and the worth of doing good deeds. Adapted by Gina Bonati and Ronit Muszkatblit, this Lion Theatre staging is directed by Ronit Muszkatblit.
