Remember the days of online name generators? Tokyo Police Club sure do, seeing as that's how they came up with their name. They came together in 2005 (after being in another band together) and were quickly playing shows across Canada. Not long after their formation, the band were playing festivals across the world, like Coachella, Glastonbury, and Lollapalooza.
