Cranston's wrenching performance stands on its own. In context, it's a terrifying reminder of how an all-too-human, anger-filled public figure, with access to a worldwide stage, can be mistaken for a god.

Penetrates the psyche in a way that many gay men will find relatable. A gritty tale of commitment on the cusp of questioning its boundaries, the incredible acting and intense writing propels the audience's minds and hearts into their emotional plights.

Why See Afterglow?

Three's a crowd

Join Josh and Alex, affluent New York City husbands with a baby on the way, as they explore the blurred lines between love and loyalty that arise when they open their bed up to include a third. Sex positive and immensely intriguing, Afterglow is a vivid look at intimacy and polyamory in the gay community from playwright S. Asher Gelman.

Noted for its casual nudity and explicit sex scenes, Afterglow is more absorbing than titillating as we see a non monogamous relationship rocked by an affair, leading to questions about connection and the nature of commitment in an open relationship.

Brandon Haagerson, Patrick Reilly and Robbie Simpson excel as they breathe life into this thought provoking and aboslutely necessary love triangle.
