Average people... fumbling for the comfort of sheer companionship.

The New York Times

Why See Middle of The Night?

When an older Jewish widower and a much younger woman fall in love, their two families are quick to disapprove not just the age gap but the fact that she isn't Jewish. Will their love overcome the scorn of their closest family members, society's prying eyes and their own doubts and misgivings?

Middle of The Night was written by Academy Award winning screenwriter, Paddy Chayefsky, who also wrote Network and Marty and The Hospital. It stars Tony Nominee Jonathan Hadary.
