Tamara Gverdtsiteli is a classically trained, Georgian-Russian singer who has performed at some of the most esteemed concert halls in the world. This Summer, she returns to Carnegie Hall as part of her North American tour to perform a Summertime Rhapsody concert. The programme will feature some of her hits as well as international classics, such as "Padam, Padam" and "Les Parapluis de Cherbourg."
Ms. Gverdtsiteli was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, and sings in several languages - including English, Russian, French, Georgian, and Yiddish. She will be supported at her Carnegie Hall concert by the T. G. Band.
