I love a playwright like Merle because he has lived with these characters in his mind and being, he knows this story.

Why See The Preacher and the Shrink?

The Preacher and the Shrink is a new play by novice playwright Merle Good. It tells the story of an estranged father and daughter who are reunited when she lays a claim of sexual harassment against the father's junior preacher. Even the psychiatrist who becomes involved in the case is unable to assist after she becomes entangled in their web of love and lies.

Will family ties prevail over the desire to protect one's reputation?
