Why See Eddie Izzard?

Comedy & Stand-up

Izzard is back with a brand new tour!

A brand new tour for Eddie Izzard! British comedian Eddie Izzard is often lauded as one of the most influential comics of the last 25 years. Now he returns Stateside five years after his last tour, Force Majeure, saw him take on all 50 states - and perform in four languages! Brand new for 2019, don't miss his Wunderbar world tour! Brand new material means this will be brand new Eddie Izzard experience, as only Eddie can create!

Love, death and jazz chickens!

In 2011 Izzard turned talking "bollocks" (a not-so-polite British word for nonsense!) into an art form, when he performed at and sold out Madison Square Garden in New York on his 'Stripped' tour, his 6th up until that date. Whimsical and surrealistic, educational and full of genuine heart and humor Eddie is a consummate professional who can hold a room whether he's discussing getting lunch on the Death Star or the book of Genesis.

Cranston's wrenching performance stands on its own. In context, it's a terrifying reminder of how an all-too-human, anger-filled public figure, with access to a worldwide stage, can be mistaken for a god.

Even the most stalwart cynics may have trouble staying dry-eyed during this portrait of heroic hospitality under extraordinary pressure.
