Lucas Hnath is a name that theatregoers hadn't heard until five years ago and now can't seem to get away from.

Directed by Tony Award nominee Lucas Hnath, A Simulacrum holds its world premiere at the Atlantic Theater this spring. A collaboration between magician Steve Cuiffo and Hnath, Cuiffo showed Hnath some magic tricks and from that A Simulacrum was born. A fusion of magic and playwriting, A Simulacrum is a show truly like no other, you'd be a fool to miss out!
Whilst this is not the first time that they've worked together, this venture marks a new milestone for Hnath as his directorial debut. Whilst they are co-creators, sleight-of-hand expert Cuiffo also stars in A Simulacrum. Taking place in Atlanic Theater's Atlantic Stage 2, this intimate theater will bring you closer to the magic. But can you figure out how it's done?
