This compelling drama explores the familiar feelings of a traditional family in what to many will be the less familiar setting of a variety of non-heteronormative relationships. 95% takes place within the four walls of the family home, with a beautiful set supporting this intimate glimpse into the family’s ups and downs. The family chemistry is easily believable. The perspective of the husband, Charles provides an easy “in” for the theatergoer seeking to empathize with one who “belongs” in the home but doesn’t quite fit in to the blood family dynamic of the three primary characters. Well-written, well-acted, relevant, and thought-provoking.
