This really could have been far more interesting, but it felt more like a play delivering A Very Important Message rather than a truly clever and intriguing exploration of how tech can get scary. The actor who played the creepy boss from Singapore was strong. However, the young lead couldn't really project the kind of rich inner life of someone caught in an awful moral dilemma.
