On the night before his murder...
Bruce Willis, the Hollywood star from the massive Die Hard saga, dons his producers hat for brand new play, Must. Charles Cissel, who penned the play, and Bruce Willis will be presenting a limited engagement of just three weeks from October 30th at the Theatre at St. Clements. Cissel's play is centred around the notorious gunfighter Billy the Kid as he confronts his past demons.
What is Must about?
Billy the Kid is restless and alone, stranded in the New-Mexican desert on the night before his murder. As he reflects upon those relationships that informed his life he conjures up his mother, lover, Sheriff Pat Garrett and the man he thinks may be his father.
Through his memories as well as feverish-dreams and visions he begins to confront every single one of them. As he delves further into their lives and struggles, he discovers how he went from being an ordinary boy in New York to the prominent gunfighter Billy the Kid.
With his newfound understanding of life and purpose Billy the Kid Must meet Sheriff Garret at sunrise...
A producing debut like no other.
This production is littered with stars of both stage and screen with Brendan Dooley taking the role as Billy the Kid and John Clarence Stewart playing the part of Pat Garrett. With other stars featuring, this play is certainly a producing debut to be reckoned with!
