After a 2 year delay due to Covid, Alicia Keys was well worth the wait. The show was intimate and showcased her talent, musicality and passion. Not over produced but sexy, she showed off her talent without having to compete with the other musicians or staging. The acoustics were great and the outdoor venue a bonus on a beautiful night. Will definitely look out for her next concert.

COMPELLING...
Having seen over 100 musical artists, I would have to put Alicia Keys in my top 5! Authentic, talented, inspiring. Her playlist is diverse, lyrics touching, and her ability to connect with the audience is indescribable. Spending one third of her Toronto concert on a stage set up between Level 4 and the lawn seats at Budweiser Stage...she sent a subtle but strong message that everyone was included. She is definitely on my list of repeat artists to see.

ALICIA WAS AMAZING!!
Alicia was a ball of positivity, wanting to elevate the crowd with her beautiful energy!
Sound was great!
She was supposed to start at 9pm and did.
Great show, amazing human being

SOULFUL
I was in the 6th row with perfect views. She brought such positive light to the crowd. I loved that she DJ in the crowd to give another angle to other guests. I loved how loud it was. It was a smaller venue and for seeing Alicia Keys like this was perfect. Bucket list ✔.

ALICIA KEYS - LIFE AFFIRMING TALENT!
I can't say enough about how much we (my 20 year old son and I) LOVED seeing Ms. Alicia perform! Wow she gave us everything she had. Beautiful person, beautiful character, stunning voice, mix of old, new and everything in between. The most diverse audience I have EVER seen in every aspect, which is a testament to the reach Alicia has with her artistry!

FIRE
Controlled the show with passion and her undeniable talent. The side stage stunt was a frustratingly long delay but was another awesome aspect of the overall show.

AMAZING!!!
Incredible show at Starlight Theatre!! Bass was heavy but did not prevent us from enjoying the show!! Such an awesome and inspiring performer!!! Absolutely LOVED IT!!

OUTSTANDING
What a performance! A hugely talented singer and songwriter who delivers a unique and entertaining show. An entire audience on its feat from the first chord to the last.
Alicia Keys has a great sense of genuine fun woven into her extensive and beautifully crafted catalogue of music. A kind and gracious performer who has battled so many obstacles to be relevant to her audience. Having seen the biggest bands and artist in the world, she ranks along side them all. A classy lady with so much talent. Already looking forward to the next time.

ALICIA!
I would have waited 10 years for this extraordinary woman to bless us with her musical gift and outlook. There are no words worthy of her brilliance. Thank you Alicia for gracing Seattle with your presence.

LONG WAIT FOR GREAT PERFORMANCE TO START
My wife is a big fan and this was my 60th birthday present to her. It was a great performance, but initially lost energy with starting an hour and 15 minutes late (even 45 minutes after warm up performer finished and had everyone pumped up). The hardcore follower got over it once the awesome performance started, but recommend arriving 45 minutes to an hour later than advertised.

SOUND WAS AWFUL
The base and volume were so loud it muffled Alicia’s beautiful voice. So disappointing!!!! Seeing that this has happened at other venues. Is her sound team awful or is this intentional.
Danilo from Orlando, Florida
IT’S NOT ABOUT THE BASS
I believe the show had lots of potential, however the bass was overwhelming. I had protective ear buds on and it was still way to overpowering. Also, the middle section where she asked fans for their opinions on songs, could be left out.

ALICIA KEYS ATLANTIC CITY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I absolutely love this very talented singer and was very excited to see her perform after buying tickets over a year in advance. However, the concert started over an hour late and someone in the audience said it was due to technical problems. Once she started my first impression was did the band do a sound check?? For the entire night I could barely hear AK’s beautiful voice due to the overpowering band. This concert was so loud, it actually hurt and I would have joined the people I saw walk out if I had not brought 3 guests. I did leave to use the restroom toward the end of the concert and saw throngs of people leaving about 20 mins before the concert was over and heard everyone talking about how loud it was. I’m sure this was not Ms Keys intention.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED
We were so excited to see Alicia keys in Cleveland on Friday night. We'd had the tickets since before COVID. Her song Superwoman, was a life -altering experience for me when I was going through breast cancer. It was my anthem. I desperately wanted to hear her sing that song. Ultimately, she didn't sing any of her older music while we were there. It was mostly a bunch of hip hop for lack of another way to explain it. She's clearly targeting a much younger demographic. This is the kind of thing that makes people of a certain age feel invisible. We didn't even stay for the whole concert. I thought I would at least recognize one song. I'm just very sad.
Estef from Houston, Texas
SO DISAPPOINTING
Since the begining she looked tired. I thought that it would be an awesome show cuz it was her husband’s birthday, but it wasnt. She seemed tired, vocally and physically. It was really disappointing since we were waiting for this concert 2 years ago and bought the tickets on advance. I hope she would make it up.. she only performed for less than 90min and had a 30min delay after Pink $weat

THIS GIRL WAS NOT ON FIRE
Late start. Lackluster Opening Rap Act. Loud. Terrible sound production.
New music is not what made Alicia Keyes famous and admired.
Only highlight, which took forever to hear, we’re three oldies. NY, Girl on Fire and Falling.
Alicia’s new music has sadly fallen.
A sad night.
Cynthia from Orlando, Florida
GUESS SHE IS EVOLVING
At some point, it was not music anymore. It was noise. The magic of Alecia was her voice. Out of respect, she gets an extra star. I won't go again but wish her well with whatever she is now trying to do with her music.
Art Wells from Orlando, Florida
ORLANDO MENU: MICKY MOUSE SOUND
The Sound System was from the 1960s. Unacceptable in this day and age. Expensive tickets, which made it a campfire sing along venue then a red hot voice on FIRE.
I expected more from her. Girl--talk to your Sound Technicians.

GUEST ALICIA KEYS WORLD TOUR
Horrible show ! Acoustics the worst ! Just a jumble of bass pounding noise ! Total Rip Off !
Huge disappointment. Show started 1 hr late and Alicia was at her WORST ! Hard to believe she would present such a rock bottom worthless performance! AVOID this show ! We walked out after 45 minutes. Don’t waste your time and money attending this poorly produced and Horribly executed show . The Hard Rock Venue is absolutely the worst place to see a concert as the sound crew have no idea how to produce a show and failed miserably at delivering a PATHETIC performance. AVOID THIS SHOW at all costs !

MET - ALICIA KEYS CONCERT
The sound system and acoustics ruined what should have been a good experience. We were in the upper tier, the sound in this area overwhelmed any piano, voice and drum except for a pounding base sensation accompanied by a shrill and at times painful midtrange. Either Ms. Keys technicians were incompetant or the acoustics of the arena are deficient.
This was my first visit to the Met.
Betty Lewis from Detroit, Michigan
HORRIBLE SOUND SYSTEM
The unrelenting sound system overpowered the entire show and ruined the concert. We were unable to hear AK and many patrons walked out of the show early. Even when she played the soft piano songs, the venue vibrated with unrelenting bass. The worse concert the I have ever attended.
One positive note was that the presentation of the show was interesting and unique. It’s a shame we were unable to enjoy it.
Sally Glover from Kansas City, Missouri
SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING
Following the long COVID delay, the excitement was over the top. However, from Alicia's first number until the final one(which were largely hip-hop) it was close to impossible to hear her talk or sing (due to the OVERWHELMING BASE) or see her, since the speakers were mounted in front of the closed circuit monitors.
Obviously her intent was to reach a younger demographic and sell her music. So sad, when there have been so many great songs during her career. Totally unrelatable to anyone over the age of 45.
A better bet would be to wait for an indoor performance, in hopes the techs will fine tune the balance of instruments prior to the show.

EARS STILL RINGING/HORRIBLE SHOW
It was a horrible show in one of the prettiest venues in Orlando. I saw Alicia Keys in LA when she hosted the Grammys in 2020. I love her for her classically trained piano playing. Last night was like a rap concert. It was so loud, my inner ear is still throbbing. Not sure why she's trying to change who she is, and what she does best. I thought we were going to see her classic ballads. Save your money. I understand artists wanting to change and grow, but she has forgotten who she is. Very self- indulgent asking us to vote in rap vs classic? Horrible show
Steve from Orlando, Florida
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Sound was awful. Base pounding mess. Obviously they don't know how to tone the production down for a small venue
Diane R from San Diego, California
OVERWHELMING BASS
I adore Alicia Keys and was so excited to see her after a three year-three rescheduled wait. But while I had great seats on the arena floor, I had to leave the concert after two songs. The bass was physically overwhelming. Her vocals were overpowered Such a shame.
