CREEPY, FUNNY AND THOUGHT-PROVOKING

Just saw “Grey House,” and it was not what I was expecting. While I did scream a couple of times, I wouldn’t go with the expectation of being terrified. Creepy and funny and oddly musical in a good way. It brings up questions that only you can answer and that’s where the horror lies. The cast was great! Those kids will make you laugh, break your heart and chill you to the bone. Laurie Metcalf is a Broadway treasure.

GREAT CAST NOT SO RIVETING LIKE PULLING TEETH PERIODICALLY 😳

Disappointed but a bunch T of a bore at some point but sprinkled with a lol comedy here n there thanks to Mr.Sparks and Ms Metcalff .

NOT FOR EVERYONE

I personally enjoyed this very symbolic play that contrasted living life in black and white vs. the grey areas ( the house). The couple came to that house because they were broken.and it is in this space they struggled, fought ghosts and fears, touched honesty, and realized the choice to stay or leave was theirs. The play generated great discussion with a friend and I was glad to have seen it. On my way to the ladies room one woman gave it a big thumbs down. Perhaps she came expecting a “black and white” story.

NOT FOR ME

Although the acting was good, I never felt like I truly understood what was going on right up until the end and including the end. I got the general gist of what was happening, but the specifics escaped me. I felt very unsatisfied with the whole experience.
