The energy, superb talent of the star as well as his troop, the stage setting, costumes and the number of changes, the sound quality, and breadth of dance genres covered was breath-taking. Thoroughly worth the 8-hour round trip I made to see it! I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

THE DEREK HOUGH SHOW WAS WONDERFUL FOR ALL AGES

I was a little surprised about the age range of the audience but Derek Hough brought something for everyone. Sounds from the big band days, ballroom, TAP, Latin, etc. It was a fast paced show that kept everyone's attention - even the twin 7 year-olds that sat behind me!! I originally thought the price was a little high but it was a great show and I think I got a bargain. Thanks for the great night!

“Awesome” is how my 10 year old daughter described the show to my husband, and she was right! Derek is an intelligent, charismatic, optimistic, passionate performer! Each routine was better than the next! His dancers are top notch as well and equally passionate and talented! I could watch this show over and over again!!!

FANTASTIC SHOW

I love Derek on DWS and couldn’t find anyone to go to the show with me so I booked a ticket for myself from CLeveland, arrived at 4:30 pm for the 7:30 show and booked a flight home in the morning at 6:45am. The only thing I brought was my toothbrush. IT WAS WORTH a 14 hour turn around!!!! What an amazing performer. He is so incredibly talented and you can tell how much he loves what he does. I have nothing but praise for the entire show. All of the dancers were exceptional. The band was marvelous and I am in awe of the many talents of Mr Hough. I’m so glad I made the trip.

BEST SHOW EVER!!

I want to see Derek Hough tonight, and the show was absolutely amazing!! It was Non-Stop dancing singing, music, laughs and just all around enjoyment. His backup dancers are fantastic. I love the way he interacts with the audience. The seats were amazing no matter where you sat. I would love to go again and take my mother, my sister and any friends that would like to come. Bravo Mr Hough ❤️

Came to LV for my birthday solely to see Derek’s show. There’s nothing missing from this show. Incredible energy and jaw-dropping talent. He is great interacting with the audience. No bad seat in this theatre. Highly recommend this show.

INDESCRIBABLY AMAZING!

I don’t even know what to call what we witnessed! It was absolutely stunning and amazing. He is so very talented, not only with dance but singing and musical instruments. And his cast was equally complimentary. And Haley…. Man, they are spectacular together. It s really hard to say enough good about this and I hope people keep goi g to see him. I would go again, if I could.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED

Disclaimer: I am not a particularly big fan of Derek, or dance in general. I watch WoD fairly regularly, but have never watched DWTS. Took my wife to the show for our anniversary, and I was pleasantly surprised by how entertaining it was. I was most impressed by how incredibly quick Derek's feet are. Dude sings and plays guitar pretty decently too. I was a little disappointed in not seeing more explosive jumps, and better synchronization of his troupe on their group routines. I thought the male dancers were not quite as accomplished as the females, though this may be by design to make Derek stand out a bit more; and that's OK, he IS the star of the show. All in all, I completely understand the passion his fans have for him, given his talent, charisma, and yes, good looks.

GOOD SHOW BUT

My wife and I attended Derek's first show on Weds. I thought the dancing was great and overall a good show for the first one. However I was disappointed even though Derek talking with the crowd complimented the live music. It was not live, it was a track with live musicians augmenting it mostly the drummer. At times the bass player and Sax player were merely props to the track. I don't mind that they used a track but for Vegas and charging Vegas prices even a small live band due to space would have made it much better. The same goes for them tapping to a track of tap noise. They are were both terrific tap dancers and while the floor was not conducive to tap and tap sound, with Vegas techs and sound reinforcement I would have preferred hearing them actually tap even though it wouldn't have been perfect it would have brought a real live performance aspect to the show. Enjoyed the show but for a Vegas residency it should be stepped up.

THINK THEY CAN DO BETTER

Very obvious Derek and his team are passionate and talented. They did a great job including audience in parts of the show. Think they can do better job with song selections. I know Derek loves his personal songs, but they can do songs from different eras and include top 10 hits of today, it be much more exciting. Was getting bored towards the end. Love his commitment and sincerity.
