Why See The New One?
Onwards to Broadway
After a sold-out run off-Broadway in the summer, actor, writer and comedian Mike Birbiglia brings his The New One to Broadway for a limited engagement this winter. In this one-man show see the very best of Birbiglia has he delves into 'youth', not his own mind you but somebody's!
With a synopsis that's shrouded in mystery this is certainly one of those occasions where you'll have to see the show to know what's about, but, you can guarantee that this play will make you laugh and will make you cry.
Having performed at venues like the Sydney Opera House and the Carnegie Hall, and being awarded the Kurt Vonnegut Award for Humor last year, Birbiglia is a comedian at the top of his game. With two comedy specials now on Netflix (My Girlfriend's Boyfriend and Thank God for Joke) Birbiglia can also boast of directing and starring in films Sleepwalk with Me and Don't Think Twice.
