DISAPPOINTED

I have seen the band several times and love their music. First hearing them sing Beginnings at the Cow Shed in Conneaut Lake in the 90s . I had bucket list second row tickets for my 75Th Birthday. I thought the Band overall were excellent in their presentation and sound. Was anxiously wanting to see the three original members of the group for my possible last time, due to my declining health. Lee Lachnane and Jimmy Pancow took the stage . Robert Lamm was Missing . His organ sat on stage and I hoped he was running late. Neil Donnell sung all of the songs that Robert has always lent his own special talent to the presentation. While the music helped ease the pain of missing Robert , I could not help but feel cheated . THe band never mentioned his absence ,leaving me worried he had become ill. I have loved these guys and must say had a crush on Robert. After so many changes since last year I also missed Lou Pardini and Keith Howland. Long time fans I know, also noted Robert was missing. THe band may think they can just go on forever ,but many have been invested in the individual players and feel their loss! The music will live forever, but in my eyes the loss of Robert at this concert was huge for me. Missed you Robert.Wish you Wellness and Happiness wherever you

CHICAGO ***AMAZING SHOW***

The music was amazing. The horns section, guitarist, and drum solo carried the show. The lose of their lead singer back in the 2014(?) really hurts as the vocals are not up to par. We still loved it and applauded the remaining founding members amazing talent. Thanks for bringing it!!!

CHICAGO OVATION HALL ATLANTIC CITY

Chris was amazing!!!!! Not enough Steve Vai!!!!!!! Neil did all 3 vocals and was a formidable replacement. Although Judith Hill is an excellent singer, I just think Chris would've been the one chosen to sing "Color My World" to keep it original-ish. VoicePlay made a great addition, but Robin Thicke needs the boot! The 3 original are still amazing and played and sang their hearts out! The concert served as a poignant reminder to me of Terry Kath's immense talent and the profound impact he had on the music world. His legacy lives on, not just in the continued popularity of Chicago's music but also in the hearts of fans worldwide who continue to cherish his music and his memory.

CHICAGO AND THE MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION AMPHITHEATRE VENUE

1. I love Chicago and have seen them many times. Good concert, however, Jimmy Pankow was a no show. This happened before too. There are so few original members that the group is seeming more like a tribute band. They should notify ticketholders when an original member will not perform. 2. The Venue management was not good. They sent no communication that you needed to put all of your belongings in a clear plastic bad to get in the show. One person said you couldn't bring in a mini umbrella and another said you could. My wife had to go to a special location to check in her purse and then we were allowed into the venue and they didn't even scan our ticket. What a joke.

LACKING LEAD VOCALS

Great instrument playing....mostly lack luster solo vocals although together they still sound good.....played a lot of non hit music for a night with their hits

LOUSY SOUND

My all time favorite band but ….. after leaving the concert at SPAC Sunday night I resigned myself to listen to their music on line. We had wonderful seats but the vocals just weren’t what they used to be. Their new young lead guitarist/vocalist was weak in the vocals department. The original members vocals were wonderful but not as strong as they have been in prior years. I left satiated but sad, it was the last Chicago concert I will attend. From now I will enjoy their music while at home listening on Amazon Music or Pandora.

DIDN’T PLAY SONGS COMPLETELY

Went to show on12/31/21 in AC, disappointing, the band didn’t play “ color my world “ or feeling stronger every day completely, plus no encore. If they can’t play a full concert, then they all should have been in bed by 10pm
