I have seen Godspell twice and cannot wait to go and see it again. Such wonderful talent and a great message.

A Great Night at Godspell

I went to see this show last week and I absolutely loved it. Everyone in the cast is a star in their own right and Corbin Bleu commanded the stage as Jesus. The show is in the round which gives the audience a unique picture and the staging is new and fresh (so if you seen a production of Godspell already you won't be bored, this production is very different from the usual). I was engaged in the stories of the parables and I left the theater humming many of the songs. All in all this is a great show for all ages and I would recommend that everyone see this show as soon as possible.

GREAT SHOW BUT NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE

we recently saw the show and absolutely loved it! my only issue was for the handicapped wanting to see the show. I have been to many theaters that are accomidating and accessible for handicapped but this theatre was the pits. no real way in except for the front of the building which you don't find out until you try and enter like everyone else thru the back. the staff was a bit rude and we felt like a burden. We sat in a section that was only a slant as they did not have the proper space for a wheel chair.. real uncomfortable to be sitting with half of your wheelchair on a slope! wish we had a better experience with the theatre! Godspell was amazing though!

A surprising must see!

This show was a filler for us, meaning we bought tickets from TKTS not knowing what to expect. WOW-I was blown away. It was my favorite show out of four that I saw in NY. The theater is small and I felt part of the show. There are no bad seats. The talent is professional and the show is appropiate for the whole family. Great message and a gem of a show I was grateful I saw! Aduba's strong beautiful voice and powerful physical command of her character is mesmerizing. Her cutting impersonation of Trump is priceless. Tiny Perez de Tagle is larger than life in voice and talent. Her "moustache", tutu, and deep voice for one part is outrageously funny. Corbin Bleu is multi-talented and wonderfully cast as Jesus. When he smiles and sings I feel the love! Overall, Godspell is an absolute must see and worth more than the ticket price when compared to other shows. The actors use creatively minimal but VERY unique props. Those interested in acting, tech. or props need to see this. Five stars.
