A fairytale favorite comes to the Westbury!
This summer, the kids are in for a unique treat as NYCB Westbury presents its Childrens' series, kicking off with a timeless fairytale! The story of Cinderella is an iconic one of strong character over helplessness, belief in magic, and of course, the importance of timekeeping! Head into the world of classic fairytale when this marvellous, kid-friendly production plays for one day only!
Join the raggedy heroine Cinderella as she is forced to scrape by, serving her wicked stepmother and step-sisters. When a ball is announced to find the prince a wife, she is excited; however, the women in the house are jealous of her beauty and forbid her to attend. Step foward a mysterious old lady with more than a few tricks up her sleeve, as she conjures up a fabulous gown, carriage and glass slippers for our Cinders. But will she heed the warning to be home by midnight?
