Why See James Blake?

ConcertsDance & Electronica

The English electronic wonder-kid is back!

Coming to prominence in England in 2010 following his self-released trio of dubstep-inspired singles, electronic producer/artist James Blake has won a worldwide following that saw him nominated for a Grammy in 2014 within a relatively short career until then. Since releasing his last album, his third studio album The Colour in Anything, James Blake is hitting the road on an eighteen-date run of North America - kicking off in Miami this February, and wrapping up in Los Angeles in March.

Blake hasn't stopped working since his 2016 release, instead, he's a released a couple of one-off-singles including 'Don't Miss It' followed by 'If The Car Beside You Moves Ahead'. He's also collaborated on albums with artists such as Jay-Z (4:44), Travis Scott (Astroworld) and the Black Panther soundtrack.

Yes, it really is that good. A show about young rebels grabbing and shaping the future of an unformed country, "Hamilton" is making its own resonant history by changing the language of musicals.
