Why See Ian Anderson: The Best of Jethro Tull?

Recently named Prog God at the Progressive Music Awards, Ian Anderson is the unmistakable wielder of the most famous flute in music history. Founder and frontman of hugely influential band Jethro Tull, Anderson (and his flute) helped set the group apart from their contemporaries, introducing healthy doses of classical music and jazz into the band's blues rock palette. Having also enjoyed a successful solo career, Anderson is back on the road, plucking his favourite cuts from Tull's fifty years worth of progressive rock goodness.
