A transporting evening with the NJSO

Why See New Jersey Symphony Orchestra - Tchaikovsky?

Be enticed by Tchaikovsky

The glory of Tchaikovsky is on show in this wonderful mixed bill conducted by Xian Zhang. A master of the romantic, his lush melodies are instantly familiar and thoroughly unforgettable. From the vivid colors captured in his Sleeping Beauty to the thrilling bombast of Francesca de Rimini, the evening will present the master at his finest.

Alongside, the evening will include work from Haydn (Sinfonia Concertante) and a world premiere - Carnival of the Ancients - from Richard Danielpour, displaying the solo talents of four of the NJSO's most in-demand principals.
