A TERRIFIC PLAY!
Unraveled is well written, well acted, well directed, and well designed. A funny, touching and even tearful story. A poignant mother/daughter drama complicated by the mother's illness and dementia. Ms Blackmer's production left many of us reaching for tissues.

PERSONAL TRAGEDY OF ALLZEIMERS
Play is highly focused personal account in shifting times about a mother and daughter relationship when the mother becomes ill with Alzeimhers in the daughters early adult life, with her struggles to cope with the enormity of the disease and its destruction of their relationship. Play is one act, closely focused in with 5 actors. I had trouble with the casting of the daughter and Michel, thinly sketched character of Michael, thought their relationship clumsy, not very convincing. Suzanna Hay (Old George) and Ladonna Burns were very good, very believable.
