BORING!!

Wanted to hear vintage Tull hits as advertised. Didn’t hear any songs I recognized until the last two of the night. And they were loose renditions of the originals. Really disappointed!!

WTF?

I’ve seen Tull over 30 times. They’re my favorite band of all time but last night’s performance was clearly the worst I’ve ever seen. It was unprofessional, and sad. Ian Anderson clearly has nothing but contempt for his audience. How else do you explain that playlist? It was as if he picked the worst possible songs and jammed them down our throats. A neo metal tune that dragged on for 10 minutes? 2 Christmas songs? It’s cool to play some of your new tunes but give the people what they paid for. I went to the show with great trepidation, unsure of Ian’s ability to still perform. But I thought that he had more than earned my $150 with all joy that his music has provided me over the years. Surprisingly his singing was acceptable and the band was solid. I never expected what we all experienced last night. A truly insulting performance by someone I idolized. Ian has earned my $150 with his performances over the years but it will be the last time I reach into my wallet.

PAINFUL TO SIT THROUGH

Terrible show. First Ian announces no Pictures or videos. Next demands no one smokes as he announces he is not feeling well, just getting over covid. Has not played one song anyone knows and he sounds terrible. People are on their phones from boredom and he is on stage pointing at the people in their phones. Don't bother seeing the show….

ONE OF THE WORST CONCERTS IVE SEEN

Saw Jethro Tull at the Greek Theatre. Love the band and their hits - one of my favorites Too Bad they were as boring a could be. Played 4 of their hits and the rest was a bunch of non melodic indulgent nonsense. Total waste of time that I will not get back. On top of that... He was a Total A-Hole to the audience. FFFF... Ian Anderson

DISAPPOINTED

Fans going to see Ian Anderson hoping to hear many of his beautiful songs from the 60s and 70s will he sorely disappointed. He has lost much of his vocal range and played only 3 of his old hits; the version of Aqualung bore little resemblance to what we remember. He played mostly little known songs from his later career. He also came off as grumpy and unfriendly. Big disappointment. Don’t waste your money or time; play your favorite JT songs on your stereo at home, you’ll enjoy it more.

TOO OLD TO ROCK ’N’ ROLL: TOO YOUNG TO DIE

Don’t waste your precious time on this self righteous human. Ian Anderson is one egomaniacal ass. He revealed obvious contempt for the audience, told people to put their phones away, and not to smoke, practically snarled throughout his ridiculous performance. Once a fan, now a nemesis.
