What Did The Critics Think Of Kristin Chenoweth On Broadway?

Playing for eight performances only!

As one of Broadway's leading ladies, Kristin Chenoweth has graced us with her presence once more as she performs her unique concert-cabaret, in celebration of her new album "For The Girls" at the Nederlander Theater for eight shows only! But, what did the critics think of the Tony winner?

New York Theatre Guide praised Chenoweth saying, "Chenoweth's singing facility is polished. Her artistry allows her to convey masterfully the emotive meaning of songs."

Ben Brantley The New York Times mirrored this sentiment saying, "And when, as a finale, Chenoweth tossed aside the microphone to deliver a heartbroken rendition of "I Will Always Love You" (by Dolly Parton...) I found tears in my eyes."

The Wrap was also full of praise for the pint-size self-confessed Diva, saying, "Chenoweth's voice remains a powerful instrument, rich in tone even in the upper registers. And her melisma carries a hit of twang that belies her Oklahoma Bible Belt upbringing."

The Woman, The Myth, The Legend - Who Is Kristin Chenoweth?
