The Castle is desribed as theatrical event that presents a searing, first-hand look at the lives of four formerly incarcerated New Yorkers and their re-entry into society. Conceived and directed by David Rothenberg, it is written in collaboration with Vilma Ortiz Donovan, Kenneth Harrington, Angel Ramos and Casimiro Torres, who perform their real-life stories in the play.
