Services Provided by the Theatre:
Restrooms are located on the Mezzanine level (second floor) for ticketed patrons only. Restrooms are accessible when the house opens, approximately one half-hour before the performance is scheduled to begin.
2. SPECIAL-ACCESS RESTROOM
The theatre provides a special-access restroom on the first floor for patrons with handicaps or disabilities. Patrons must see the House Manager for access.
3. WATER FOUNTAIN
A water fountain is located on the Mezzanine level.
4. INFRARED LISTENING SYSTEM
The theatre is equipped with the Infrared Listening System designed by Sennheiser and used in most Broadway and Off-Broadway theatres. Listening devices are provided at no charge. Identification (driver's license, major credit card, passport, etc.) is required as a deposit.
5. CHAIR LIFT
The theatre provides a motorized chair lift to the second floor for patrons who have difficulty using the staircase. Patrons must see the House Manager for access.
6. WHEELCHAIR SEATING
The Theatre provides space for patrons who wish to stay in their wheelchairs for the performance. Patrons must call the Box Office at 212-924-8782 to arrange wheelchair seating.
7. RAMP FOR WHEEL CHAIRS AND MOTORIZED CHAIRS
Ramp entrance to the first floor of the theatre is accessible for wheelchairs and motorized chairs. Patrons must see the House Manager for access.
8. LOST & FOUND
The theatre provides a lost & found service. Patrons can call the theatre office at 212-924-2817 x207 if an item is lost.
